Background:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to the company’s users. You’ll play a key role in helping to resolve common IT problems and ensuring the smooth running of systems and equipment.
Missions :
- Respond to user support requests via telephone, email, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve first-level incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, and network connections.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams, providing all the information needed for effective resolution.
- Record, track and close incident tickets in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
- Provide basic advice and instructions to users on good IT practices and equipment use.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and support procedures.
- Communicate with users through open tickets.
